These terms apply when you use podcastnavigator.app, including the demo search pages. By using the site you agree to them. If you become a paying customer, separate customer terms will also apply to that service.
Who we are
Podcast Navigator is a Bernie Labs product and a trading name of Idea Vault Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11388321), with its registered office at 64 Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 0AS. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Idea Vault Ltd. You can reach us at hello@podcastnavigator.app.
Using the site
The site is free to use. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, for example while we improve the service.
Podcasts shown on the site
Our search pages work on publicly available information about podcast episodes, such as titles, descriptions and other details published in the podcasts' public RSS feeds. Podcasts and their content belong to their owners. Unless a page says otherwise, Podcast Navigator is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the podcasts it shows.
Results link to the podcast's own audio and to third-party platforms. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
If you own a podcast shown here and want it changed or removed, email hello@podcastnavigator.app and we will act promptly.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- scrape the site, run automated or bulk searches, or send requests at a rate that a person using the site normally wouldn't;
- try to disrupt the site, get around its limits or security, or reverse-engineer how it works;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else's rights;
- submit false information, or someone else's details, through our forms.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
Our content
The site's design, software and text belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own purposes, but not copy or reuse its content commercially without our permission. Podcast content remains the property of its owners.
Enquiries
Sending us an enquiry through the "Get started" form doesn't create a contract or commit either of us to anything. How we handle the details you send is explained in our privacy policy.
No guarantees
Search results are produced automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We provide the site "as is" and don't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this free site, including any loss of profit, business or data.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
